Always keep your confirmation email. It contains a link in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please do not call to reschedule and I may not be able to answer the phone. The link included in your confirmation email is the only way to avoid repaying the deposit for the session.
It’s best to reschedule if you are feeling ill or in the event of dangerously inclement weather.
Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit paid.
